1. Overview
Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for refunds, cancellations, and other fulfillment-related issues specific to digital goods, particularly in-game balance.
2. Digital Goods
In-Game Balance: Once purchased, in-game balance credits are immediately applied to your account and are non-transferable. Given the nature of digital goods, all sales are final upon successful delivery.
3. Refund Policy
No Refunds: Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital goods delivery, we do not offer refunds on any in-game balance purchases once the transaction has been completed and the credits have been applied to your account.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as accidental duplicate purchases. To request a refund under these circumstances, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. Refunds, if granted, are at our sole discretion and may be issued in the form of account credits or a reversal of the original transaction.
4. Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations: Once a purchase has been made and the in-game balance has been credited to your account, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure that you review your purchase carefully before confirming the transaction.
Pre-Order Cancellations: If we offer pre-orders for future digital content or in-game balance, you may cancel your pre-order anytime before the content or balance is delivered to your account.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has occurred, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We take chargebacks seriously and will vigorously dispute any unwarranted claims.
